Both of these e-mails were sent within two weeks of eachother, one by John Eaton, who is one of our Regional Area Managers, and the other by Trina Beck, who is an office supervisor.
We love shining the spotlight on stars like Susan, because she embodies the type of excellence in customer service that set's Legacy Flooring above the rest.
I just wanted to say what an awesome job the MST for 1277 is doing. This team works really well together and every fire seems to be put out rather quickly. Communication is excellent between the field and office.
I do want to give special credit to Susan Norris for her ability to handle every situation and still keep a positive attitude. I have personally witnessed many situations with customers and installers and store associates where she turns an iffy situation into a win. I have had many associates and installers tell me how much they love talking to her. I have had customers tell me they love the crisp clear communication. The only CAN'T that you ever hear from her is if someone is trying to go against policy.
We must give credit where credit is due! Susan Norris does an excellent job and loves it! Let's keep pulling them rabbits out of our hats Susan!

I had the pleasure to speak with Mr. Hooker who had nothing but great things to say about Susan.
Cx stated he was so impressed with Susan and how helpful and informative she was throughout this process. Cx stated he was difficult at times to reach and Susan was always patient and never seemed put out. There was an issue that came up and Susan displayed problem-solving techniques and he felt she went above and beyond. Cx wanted someone to know that he appreciated all her hard work.
